an ICF-certified coach and longtime design and research leader with nearly three decades of experience helping people untangle complex problems. Over the past 13 years I held leadership roles at Amazon, Target, and Best Buy, guiding teams that built products and services used globally by millions. I now bring that same mix of research and people-first thinking into coaching and into the creation of meny.me. I know what it feels like to juggle peri/menopause, caregiving, and a career that never slows down, and I also know that humor and empathy can carry us through the hardest seasons.

Through coaching, writing, and the meny.me platform, I help women in midlife shift their mindset around health changes, burnout, and constant demands.
